Allowed also legumes, any grains, and fresh steamed veggies, fruits low in sugar (apples, pears, kiwi, oranges, grapefruits, apricots), egg whites, milk, dairy products, soft cheese in moderation, olive and corn oil.

Such a diet does not require strong restrictions, saturates the body with all necessary nutrients. And if you have sufficient physical activity and daily caloric content not exceeding 1700 calories to help lose weight.
