What it is possible to do houses for beautiful waist?
1. To twist hoop. For example, hundred repetitions in one party and hundred repetitions in another.
2. To bend down (present that you scattered box of matches – though you can scatter actually! – and now you lift them on one, bending and becoming straight).
3. To last in the parties, lying on back. You lay down on back, the legs bent in knees stand on floor, the right hand behind the head, the right shoulder comes off floor, left remains on floor – and the left hand reach for heel. Three approaches on 15 times – also we change the party.
4. To lift the case from lateral decubitus. This my most favourite and extremely effective exercise allowing to achieve quickly result. To lay down on the left side, to bend legs in knees. The right hand to put on nape (position of hand it as if you were going to swing press). To straighten the left hand along body and to clasp itself for waist. Slowly you raise and you lower the case, without tearing off hand from nape. It is necessary to make three approaches on 15 repetitions everyone, and then to turn over on other side – and three more approaches.
Do not forget that before performance of exercises it is necessary to warm muscles: remember besides school lunges-bendings-squats, it is possible to dance just vigorously.
Also you remember: the beautiful waist, certainly, is important, but we do not forget about health! Be not overzealous and do not do abrupt movements when training: these exercises demand careful attitude to backbone!
