Functional training – a type of training that not only produces the relief of the muscles and eliminates the excess weight, but also developing resistance to daily stress, which is especially important for those who live in the city.

What is functional training, and what is its use?

Functional training is a combination of strength training, like with sports equipment (free weights, traction simulators, health goals, core platforms, rollers, etc.), and without it.
At regular employment functional training exercise all muscle groups (including deep), corrected posture, develops coordination, reduces the risk of injury, increases the immune system, strengthening resistance to stress.

Suitable for a class of functional training?
