Apple crumble


  • 250 g flour
  • 1 Cup 100 g sugar
  • 160 g butter
  • lemon zest, juice of half a lemon
  • 100 ml rum
  • 8 apples


  1. Apples clean, cut, brush with lemon juice.
  2. Put out the apples for 10 minutes in a pan with the sugar (1 Cup).
  3. Then pour the apples in the rum and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the flour, repaid soda, 100 g sugar, the zest.
  5. Add softened butter and RUB it with the flour until crumbs form.
  6. Form grease with oil, put the apples.
  7. Sprinkle crumbs on top and put in the oven at a temperature of 190 ? C in 25 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve with vanilla ice cream.

    Hi, in general i like all your recipes and post them to my social media accounts. with regard to Hummus recipe , sorry i do not see that it match the original Syrian / Lebanese recipe. I believe that you can find more accredit recipe.. thank you
