Avocado vanilla smoothies.
This is super delicious, I promise. Kind of like avocado chocolate pudding! But without the chocolate. Which sounds depressing, but letβs change our tune and say that itβs REFRESHING. It is!

- 2 avocados
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 handful of ice
- 1 (14-ounce) can light coconut milk, preferably cold if you like cold smoothies
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender and… blend!
