Ingredients
- Mushrooms – 300 g.
- Cheese (all to taste) – 150 g
- Apple – 2 pcs.
- Orange – 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
- Lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp
- Honey – 1 tsp
- Mustard – 1 tsp.
- Spices – to taste
Instructions
- Boil in salted water mushrooms with spices.
- Drain the water and chop the mushrooms into cubes.
- Apple peel and cut into large dice.
- Slice the pepper into strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- To clean orange from bones and films, cut into cubes.
- Make a dressing of lemon juice, mustard and honey. Add the orange zest without the white part.
- Pour the dressing ingredients and mix well.
