Chocolate cake with dark beer.
This cake is often called the Irish, from the origin of the beer with which it normally would. Irish dark, dense and very aromatic beer, Guinness is best suited for this cake.

- 400 ml good dark beer
- 160 g brown sugar
- 230 g flour
- 220 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
For the cream:
- 200 g soft cream cheese
- 100 g icing sugar
Instructions
- Baking dish 26 cm diameter greased and sprinkled with flour, put in the refrigerator.
- Sift in bowl the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Eggs, plain and vanilla sugar beat with a mixer in a lush lather. Switching the mixer on the lowest speed, to enter the flour.
- Separately vzbit pre-softened butter until soft and creamy. Carefully slowly stir the oil into the egg-flour mixture. Add beer, stir until smooth and pour the batter into prepared form.
- Bake the cake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 60-70 min. Remove from the oven and cool down completely.
- For cream vzbit cream cheese with powdered sugar and decorate the top of the cooled cake.
