Offer you the recipe for delicious coffee cake. I advise everyone who goes on a picnic, to cook for their kids and relatives like this sweet masterpiece.

Coffee cupcake

Ingredients

  • espresso coffee – 100 ml
  • butter – 150 g
  • sugar – 200 g
  • flour – 200 g
  • eggs – 4 pcs.
  • baking powder – 5 g

Glaze: mix a Cup of espresso (100 g) and 100 g of powdered sugar.

Instructions

  1. Especially for the cake prepare a Cup of double espresso. Pour into a blender. Then add the butter (always at room temperature), a Cup of sugar, flour, baking powder and 4 eggs. All this mix in a blender until smooth.
  2. The cake pan should be greased with butter. Pour the mixture from the blender and put into the oven.
  3. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. The cake is ready you can pour the coffee glaze.
