  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. The eggs boil hard boiled, place in cold water until cooled. Then clean from the shell, cut in half lengthwise and take out yolks.
  2. Fish and red caviar grind in a blender, add egg yolks, softened butter, lemon juice and again blend until the consistency of mousse.
  3. With the help of culinary syringe fill with fish stuffing half the eggs.
  4. Put stuffed eggs on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with paprika, as shown in the pictures – Easter dish is ready.
