Garlic-scented olive oil, salt and pepper complement grilled T-bone steaks beautifully.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 (1-lb.) beef T-bone steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- Heat grill. In small bowl, combine oil and garlic; mix well. Brush steaks with oil mixture. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each steak.
- When ready to grill, place steaks on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 12 to 18 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once or twice.
