Ingredients

  • 1 Cup milk,
  • 1 Cup water
  • 4 tbsp butter,

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1 tsp sugar,
  • 2 tsp cinnamon,
  • 1 tsp salt,

Instructions

  1. Milk and water warm up in a saucepan, bring to a boil, squirt in oatmeal and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add the oil and honey, mix and leave to cool for about 20-30 minutes until it became warm.
