- Egg yolk – 6 pcs.
- Powdered sugar – 100 gr.
- Marsala wine – 200 ml.
- Fresh fruit and berries
- Combine wine, yolks and sugar, whisk a little, put in a water bath.
- Whisk until the cream thickens and becomes white.
- Put into cream, add berries and diced fruit, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
