Smoothie of strawberries and blueberriesю
Berry smoothie with yoghurt and milk is delicious, healthy and quick to prepare Breakfast.
- frozen strawberries – 1 Cup
- frozen blueberries – 1/2 Cup
- milk – 1/2 Cup
- yogurt, with no additives or berries – 170 g
- honey optional
- Blueberries and strawberries folded in a blender, pour the milk and yogurt.
- Beat until a homogeneous mass. Add the honey, beat again.
- Pour smoothie into glasses and immediately serve.
