A healthy, low-fat breakfast, snack or dessert combing fragrant spices, creamy yoghurt and fresh bananas.
Sugar and spice banana
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 bananas, sliced
- Combine mixed spice and sugar in a bowl. Remove 1 teaspoon mixture and reserve. Add yoghurt to remaining mixture. Stir to combine.
- Divide banana between bowls. Top with yoghurt mixture. Sprinkle with reserved spice mixture and serve.
