The pancakes diet: simple secrets of delicious dishes.
The pancakes are delicious and quite hearty dish, particularly popular on Shrove Tuesday, but no less a favourite in other days.
The pancakes diet
- 1 egg,
- 1 Cup buckwheat flour,
- 1 Cup water
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- a pinch of salt.
- In warm water dissolve honey, add egg and blend.
- Then add the sifted flour, olive oil and mix it well.
- In a frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes. Thanks to the buckwheat flour they will have a nice dark tint.
