Bear pancakes

  • 50 g chocolate
  • 1 strawberry
  • 3 currant berries
  • 1 berry physalis
  • 100 ml double cream
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 45 g flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 5 g of sugar
  • 25 g of vegetable oil
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare dough. Sift the flour in a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, egg yolk, butter. Stir, pour in the milk and whisk. The dough will posetite.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour a little vegetable oil. Rotate the pan so that the oil fully covers the bottom.
