Cake biscuits without baking

Ingredients

  • 700 g of a biscuit,
  • 1 liter of milk,
  • 6 eggs,
  • 2 tbsp flour,
  • 1 Cup sugar,
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder,
  • 50 g of chocolate.

Instructions

  1. Cookies crack pieces. A handful of grind cookies into crumbs and set some aside for topping the cake.
  2. Prepare the custard. For this rabbati eggs, pour them in warm (not hot) boiled milk and mix. Put the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa and stir gradually into the dry mixture with the milk and the egg yolks.
  3. Put the cream on the heat and, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula or whisk, boil on a slow fire until thick, without boiling the custard. Once the cream thickens, remove it from heat. Slightly cool the cream and whip with a mixer. Cover the cream and leave to cool.
  4. Form for cake making parchment. Layer by layer fill it with cookies and cream. Leave a cake out of biscuits without baking for 4-5 hours, so it soaked custard.
  5. Chocolate RUB on a small grater.
  6. Gently turn the form on a dish, take off parchment and dust top of the cake from cookies without baking crumbs and grated chocolate.
