Cake with lemon jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 pack lemon jelly
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 100 ml cream
  • 200 g biscuits
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

  1. Cookies grind into crumbs, run it by hands with flour and knead the dough. Put it on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. Whip the cream with a mixer, pour the jelly and mix.
  4. Separately whip the cream with a wooden spatula and mix them into the sour cream mixture.

  6. Put butter on top of jelly mixture.
  7. Put the form in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
