- espresso coffee – 100 ml
- butter – 150 g
- sugar – 200 g
- flour – 200 g
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- baking powder – 5 g
Glaze: mix a Cup of espresso (100 g) and 100 g of powdered sugar.
- Especially for the cake prepare a Cup of double espresso. Pour into a blender. Then add the butter (always at room temperature), a Cup of sugar, flour, baking powder and 4 eggs. All this mix in a blender until smooth.
- The cake pan should be greased with butter. Pour the mixture from the blender and put into the oven.
- Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- The cake is ready you can pour the coffee glaze.
