Dairy noodles with honey and vanilla


  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Cream
  • 1 Vanilla
  • 1 Honey
  • 1 Sugar
  • 100 g Pasta
  • 500 ml Milk


  1. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise, seeds scraped with a knife and put it in milk with the pod itself. Add the sugar and salt over low heat bring to a boil. Give the cook 2-3 minutes. and remove the pod.
  2. Stir in milk noodles (the number depends on the thickness you want) and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked noodles.
  3. Add honey and a little cream. Serve hot or warm.
