Delicious dessert recipe sour

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 g gelatin
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 500 ml cream
  • vanilla
  • powdered sugar
  • any delicious berries

Instructions

  1. Mix the yolks, lemon zest, gelatin, sugar and 1/3 Cup cream.
  2. Bring remaining cream to a boil and carefully pour into the bowl with the yolk mixture, stirring constantly.
  3. Put on very low heat, cook until the consistency of liquid cream.
  4. Pour the juice of two lemons, add vanilla.
  5. Whip the egg whites until soft peaks and stir them into the hot cream.
  6. Let the mixture stand for 4 minutes and pour into forms.
  7. Cool, cover with cooking foil and put in refrigerator overnight.
  8. Before serving form perches for a few seconds in the boiling water and drop the dessert on a plate.
  9. Sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with berries.
