Detox support juice

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large carrots, unpeeled, ends trimmed
  • 4 celery sticks, leaves attached, washed
  • 1/2 beetroot, scrubbed
  • 6 sprigs fresh continental parsley
  • 4cm-piece fresh ginger, washed, unpeeled
  • Ice cubes, to serve

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Use a juice extractor to process the carrot, celery, beetroot, parsley and ginger into a jug. Pour among glasses. Serve with ice, if desired.
