Zest fill with water, boil for 5 minutes, then add orange, lemon and grapefruit juices, bring to a boil. Separately, mix sugar and pectin. Pectin, healthy ingredient of plant origin, sold in pharmacies as a dietary Supplement. Add the mixture of sugar with the pectin to the boiling juice, stir until sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes).
