Homemade marmalade from natural juices

Ingredients

  • Orange peel and lemon – 3 tsp.
  • Water – 150 ml
  • Orange juice – 70 ml
  • Lemon juice – 70 ml
  • Grapefruit juice – 70 ml
  • Sugar – 210 g
  • Pectin – 10 g

Instructions

  1. Zest fill with water, boil for 5 minutes, then add orange, lemon and grapefruit juices, bring to a boil. Separately, mix sugar and pectin. Pectin, healthy ingredient of plant origin, sold in pharmacies as a dietary Supplement. Add the mixture of sugar with the pectin to the boiling juice, stir until sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes). The mixture was poured into molds and put in refrigerator to thicken. Ready candy coat it in sugar.
