Mango Breakfast Boats

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original pi?a colada yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh kiwifruit
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2 teaspoons flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Cut each mango along sides of oblong pit in center. Reserve 4 halves; discard pits.
  2. Use knife to score mango flesh lengthwise and crosswise.
  3. Spoon yogurt onto mango boats. Top with remaining ingredients.
