Mango Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 mango yogurt
  • 1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Chopped fresh mango and cilantro for topping, if desired

Instructions

  1. In food processor, add avocado, yogurt, cilantro, red onion, lime juice, salt and pepper. Cover and process until mostly smooth.
  2. Spoon dip into serving dish. Top with chopped mango and cilantro.
