Muffins recipe with feta, cottage cheese and spinach

  • 200 g feta
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 400 g Filo dough
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cut the spinach finely, mix with cottage cheese, crumbled feta, eggs. Salt, pepper.
  2. Cut the dough into squares, put it in a pile, cover with a damp cloth.
  3. Lubricate each square with melted butter, spread in the form of cakes at an angle to each other.
  4. Put the dough on the stuffing of spinach. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
