Pancakes on kefir

Ingredients

  • 0,5 l of kefir,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 cups flour,
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar,
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil,
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise,
  • a pinch of salt.

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly grind eggs with sugar.
  2. Then add salt, vanilla sugar, yogurt, mayonnaise, flour mixed with soda, and mix. Mayonnaise is added to the dough, to pancakes yogurt has become all the more splendor. But if you don’t greet mayonnaise, you can do without it.
  3. Add to the dough 2 tbsp oil and mix well. The dough should have the consistency of sour cream.
  4. Cook pancakes on a heated pan, greased with vegetable oil, spreading with a spoon small portions. Fire away pancakes on kefir with the lid on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side until Golden brown.
  5. Serve pancakes on kefir with sour cream, honey, jam or berries.
