Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until they boil. Remove the pan from the heat and add the oil.
Shoot down the white chocolate until until candy is melted and becomes smooth. Then add vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until they are thickened (will take an hour or more hours).
Place a tablespoon of the chilled truffle mixture into balls (they should be density per inch or more). Securely clamp one end of each ball, form the sharp nose of the mouse. The candies will become soft in your hands, so try to work fast enough. Hands can be sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar.
Wrap the mice in the icing and place them in a tray.
Working with a mouse, use the tip of toothpick to make holes in truffle candy where the nose and tail. Then insert the notched strucki licorice for the nose, as well as longer strucki for the tail. Insert two mini chocolate chips instead of the truffle for eyes. For the ears, gently push the two pieces of crushed almonds to the top of the head.
