Recipe of lemon cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 900 g cottage cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 65 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • whipped cream
  • salt
  • a sprig of mint
  • 230 g flour

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, flour and butter, add 40 ml of water and knead the dough. Put in the fridge for 30 min.
  2. The form put the parchment, put the dough and form a rim.
  3. Bake 10 minutes at 180 Β°C.
  4. Mix the yolks with the sugar, whip the whites with the salt.
  5. Add the cheese, flour with milk and grated zest of 1 lemon.
  6. Put on the dough and bake 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 Β°C.
  7. Decorate with cream, lemon and mint.
