Recipe salad with pineapple and chicken and mushroom

Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken fillet,
  • 250 g mushrooms,
  • 200 g pineapple,
  • 1 onion,
  • 50 g hard cheese,
  • 20 g butter,
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breast, cool and slice them in medium cubes. Onions finely cut and fry in butter until Golden brown. Mushrooms cut and prepusti in the pan.
  2. Clean the pineapple and cut the same cubes as the chicken. Cheese RUB on a coarse grater.
  3. Mix all ingredients. Before serving, salt, pepper, tuck in mayonnaise and mix.
