Boil the Turkey for no longer than 30 minutes in salted water with onion, allspice, Bay leaf and 1 clove of garlic. Put the Turkey in boiling water, so it will be softer and will not give up all their juices.
Put broccoli in boiling water and boil 5 minutes.
We shall cut onion half rings, garlic chop, cut the pepper strips.
Fry onion, garlic and chili on medium heat, put in a pan the slices of Turkey and slices of bell pepper, mix. Add broccoli, cook for another minute, put the olives and parsley. Turn off the fire.
Fields with a mixture of soy sauce and olive oil. Mix. Serve warm.
