The recipe Turkey breast
- 1 Turkey fillet 600-700g
- 1 onion (for cooking turkeys)
- allspice
- Bay leaf
- 1/2 broccoli
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/3 chilli
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 dessert spoon soy sauce
- 1,5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon olive
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- green onions
- parsley
- Boil the Turkey for no longer than 30 minutes in salted water with onion, allspice, Bay leaf and 1 clove of garlic. Put the Turkey in boiling water, so it will be softer and will not give up all their juices.
- Put broccoli in boiling water and boil 5 minutes.
- We shall cut onion half rings, garlic chop, cut the pepper strips.
- Fry onion, garlic and chili on medium heat, put in a pan the slices of Turkey and slices of bell pepper, mix. Add broccoli, cook for another minute, put the olives and parsley. Turn off the fire.
- Fields with a mixture of soy sauce and olive oil. Mix. Serve warm.
