The recipe Turkey breast

  • 1 Turkey fillet 600-700g
  • 1 onion (for cooking turkeys)
  • allspice
  • Bay leaf
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/3 chilli
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 dessert spoon soy sauce
  • 1,5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • green onions
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil the Turkey for no longer than 30 minutes in salted water with onion, allspice, Bay leaf and 1 clove of garlic. Put the Turkey in boiling water, so it will be softer and will not give up all their juices.
  2. Put broccoli in boiling water and boil 5 minutes.
  3. We shall cut onion half rings, garlic chop, cut the pepper strips.
  4. Fry onion, garlic and chili on medium heat, put in a pan the slices of Turkey and slices of bell pepper, mix. Add broccoli, cook for another minute, put the olives and parsley. Turn off the fire.
  5. Fields with a mixture of soy sauce and olive oil. Mix. Serve warm.
