Salad with NAPA cabbage


  • 1 head Chinese cabbage,
  • 1 Bank of canned corn,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 bell pepper,
  • 1 Apple,
  • 0.5 lemon,
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
  • 1 teaspoon sugar,
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt to taste.


  1. Beijing cabbage, wash, let it drain and coarsely cut, leaving a few whole leaves for decoration of salad.
  2. Carrot RUB on a coarse grater.
  3. Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.
  4. Apple salad choose juicy sour-sweet. Cut its small slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. With corn drain the fluid.
  6. Prepare a salad dressing with NAPA cabbage. Put vegetable oil, ground black pepper, sugar, salt, lemon juice and mix until dissolved.
  7. In bowl place cabbage leaf, on top put all the ingredients, field dressing and serve.
