Simple recipe for pancakes on the beer

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 250 ml of light beer
  • 160 g flour
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix yolks with milk, sugar, salt, beer, butter and flour. Leave for 15 minutes and enter into the mixture the beaten egg whites.
  2. Brush the pan with vegetable oil and put on fire.
  3. Bake the pancakes until Golden brown.
  4. There should be about 15 pancakes. Serve pancakes with jam, jam or toppings.
