Ingredients

  • frozen strawberries – 1 Cup
  • frozen blueberries – 1/2 Cup
  • milk – 1/2 Cup
  • yogurt, with no additives or berries – 170 g
  • honey optional

Instructions

  1. Blueberries and strawberries folded in a blender, pour the milk and yogurt.
  2. Beat until a homogeneous mass. Add the honey, beat again.
  3. Pour smoothie into glasses and immediately serve.
