Banana pancakes

for pancakes:

  • 3 bananas,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 Cup milk,
  • 4 tablespoons flour,
  • 1 teaspoon sugar,
  • 0.5 tsp of baking powder,
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter,
  • pinch of salt,

for the filling:

  • 2 banana,
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.

Instructions

  1. For banana pancakes you should select the ripe fruits. Vzbey in a blender the bananas, eggs and sugar. Then pour the milk and vegetable oil.
  2. Add sifted flour with salt and baking powder and blend again until smooth.
  3. Bake banana pancakes on a heated pan, greased with butter for 1 minute on both
  4. of the parties.
  5. Prepare the stuffing. The bananas cut into thin slices and pour lemon juice.
  6. Ready pancakes grease with butter, put a little bananas, pack a straw and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Banana pancakes serve warm, with sour cream, fermented baked milk or tea.
