Ingredients

  • 650 g flour
  • 50 g of malt
  • 15 g yeast
  • 15 g sugar
  • 10 g of salt
  • 10 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl pour 100 ml of warm water, put yeast, sugar give.
  2. When you create a foam, add half of the flour and let go.
  3. Put the malt, the remaining flour, vegetable oil and salt.
  4. Knead the dough, pouring it into 250 ml of water.
  5. Stir well, put into shape and let go.
  6. Bake 1 hour in the bread machine at a temperature of 180 Β°C.
  7. Cut the top, remove the pulp, brush the egg and hold in the oven.
