Bruschetta recipe with spinach and mozzarella

Ingredients

  • baton
  • 200 g of frozen spinach
  • mozzarella (2-3 scoops)
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Slice up the baguette slices, put them in the oven on a dry grill or in the toaster.
  2. When browned, brush each slice with olive oil and RUB with garlic.
  3. Place spinach in a thick-walled pan with butter, saute, add garlic, salt, Parmesan cheese, few drops of lemon juice, mix well, put on bruschetta.
  4. On top put the slices of mozzarella.
