Cabbage with mandarins

Ingredients

  • 400-500 g of red cabbage
  • 3-4 Mandarin
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 50 g walnuts
  • peanut butter
  • herbs to taste

Instructions

  1. Nachinkoy thin cabbage by hand. Salt.
  2. Vinegar mix with honey and oil of walnuts, blend with a whisk.
  3. Pour the cabbage, mix, cover and set for 30 minutes in the cold.
  4. Fry nuts on a dry pan, chop.
  5. Tangerines peel, divide into slices.
  6. Salad laid on the plate using a cooking ring. Top mandarins.
  7. Decorate green.
