- 400–500 g of red cabbage
- 3–4 Mandarin
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 50 g walnuts
- peanut butter
- herbs to taste
Instructions
- Nachinkoy thin cabbage by hand. Salt.
- Vinegar mix with honey and oil of walnuts, blend with a whisk.
- Pour the cabbage, mix, cover and set for 30 minutes in the cold.
- Fry nuts on a dry pan, chop.
- Tangerines peel, divide into slices.
