Caesar salad with chicken

Ingredients

  • 100 gram Anchovy (fillet)
  • 20 gram Mustard
  • 20 gram Capers
  • 150 gram Natural yoghurt
  • 150 gram Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 handful Croutons
  • 20 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 100 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 gram Chicken
  • 160 gram Romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Chicken fillet wash, cut into small pieces, add salt and pepper and fry in olive oil, add the white wine ponemnogo.
  2. For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a blender. Salad wash, break arms, season sauce, add the chicken, stir and put on a plate. Add the tomatoes to the salad, croutons, cheese.
  3. Please note: The sauce recipe is given for 10 servings. For 2 servings of salad requires 6 tbsp sauce. Ready sauce can be refrigerated for about a week at 4 Β° C.
