Caesar salad with chicken

- 100 gram Anchovy (fillet)
- 20 gram Mustard
- 20 gram Capers
- 150 gram Natural yoghurt
- 150 gram Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 handful Croutons
- 20 gram Parmesan cheese
- 100 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 200 gram Chicken
- 160 gram Romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Chicken fillet wash, cut into small pieces, add salt and pepper and fry in olive oil, add the white wine ponemnogo.
- For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a blender. Salad wash, break arms, season sauce, add the chicken, stir and put on a plate. Add the tomatoes to the salad, croutons, cheese.
- Please note: The sauce recipe is given for 10 servings. For 2 servings of salad requires 6 tbsp sauce. Ready sauce can be refrigerated for about a week at 4 Β° C.
