Chicken meatballs with vegetable sauce

  • Oat flakes 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken egg 1
  • Onion 1
  • Chilli pepper 20 g
  • Bell peppers 1
  • Pumpkin 400 g
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Lemon 1
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make minced chicken.
  2. Add minced oat flakes and egg. Mix well with salt and pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes.
