Tender chicken meatballs with sweet and spicy sauce, prepared on the basis of the pumpkin.

- Chilli pepper 20 g
- Bell peppers 1
- Pumpkin 400 g
- Tomatoes 3

- Olive oil

Instructions
- Make minced chicken.
- Add minced oat flakes and egg. Mix well with salt and pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Tomato on top to make cuts, pour boiling water over them briefly. Remove the peel and cut into cubes.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil.
- Add to the onions tomatoes, pepper and chopped chilies. Stew vegetables 3-5 minutes.
- Add the vegetables to the water or broth. The water should cover the vegetables. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Add the pumpkin cubes and simmer without a lid, stirring occasionally. When the sauce comes to a boil, reduce the heat, add lemon juice, cover and cook spices for 10 minutes. Then add more water to the sauce that drowsiness is very thick and bring to a boil.
