A delicious recipe cannelloni

Ingredients

  • 250 g cannelloni
  • 300 g mozzarella
  • 100 g of Parmesan
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil cannelloni. Mix the herbs, garlic and olive oil.
  2. Nuts slightly to fry, slice up the mozzarella.
  3. Mix it with green sauce and oil. Add half the Parmesan. Brush with butter form.
  4. Fill cannelloni with cheese filling and put it in the form.
  5. Brush cannelloni with beaten egg mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated 200Β°C oven for 15 minutes.
