- 250 g cannelloni
- 300 g mozzarella
- 100 g of Parmesan
- 1 bunch Basil
- 3 sprigs of dill
- 1 bunch of mint
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Boil cannelloni. Mix the herbs, garlic and olive oil.
- Nuts slightly to fry, slice up the mozzarella.
- Mix it with green sauce and oil. Add half the Parmesan. Brush with butter form.
- Fill cannelloni with cheese filling and put it in the form.
- Brush cannelloni with beaten egg mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 200Β°C oven for 15 minutes.
