Dumplings with cottage cheese and raisins


  • 350 g flour
  • 30 g of potato starch
  • 1 egg
  • Salt – a pinch
  • 300 g of water
  • 900 g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g raisins
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 15 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 g of salt


  1. Knead the dough elastic consistency. Let it rest under foil for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling: cottage cheese mixed with raw chicken eggs, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt and raisins. Bring to taste.
  3. Thinly roll out the dough, cut circles, place filling in the middle, fastened the edge, connect the ends, lay out on a floured Board.
  4. Boil in salted water 10 minutes, before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with sour cream.
