The oil is room temperature, blend with sugar (115 g). Add the flour and mix. Turn the dough out on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Mix the eggs with the remaining sugar and blend well for 5 minutes. Weight should turn white and increase in three times. Add 30 g of flour and mix for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice and zest. Take out the cake from oven, pour on it the dough and bake again for 15-20 minutes. If you shake the form, the top layer does not tremble – the cake is ready. Let cool completely. We shall cut slices, sprinkle with sugar.
