for the sauce “Bechamel”:

  • 0.8 liters of milk,
  • 100 g butter,
  • 100 g flour,
  • nutmeg,
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bolognese sauce. To do this, the tomatoes peel the skin and grind. Cut onion finely, carrot RUB, grind the garlic, chop the parsley.
  2. In vegetable oil fry onions, add carrots and fry. Then add the minced meat, garlic, pepper, salt, mix it up, stretching the lumps, and the carcass for about 20 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and carcass for another 5 minutes. Pour the wine and ink, stirring, about 3 minutes. Then lower the heat and simmered the carcass under the lid for 20-30 minutes.
  4. At the end add the herbs and mix. Let the sauce stand, covered.
  5. Prepare the sauce “Bechamel”. To do this on a slow fire in a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour, mix and fry a little. A thin stream pour the milk gradually, stirring well to a state of homogeneity, bring to a boil.
  6. Stirring constantly to prevent lumping, boil 5 minutes on low heat until the consistency of liquid sour cream. A little salt, add pepper and nutmeg.
