Meatballs with cashew nuts, bananas and curry

Ingredients

  • 500 g Minced pork
  • 1 piece Eggs
  • 2 piece Bananas
  • 1 Cashews
  • 1 Curry
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 ml Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Banana peel and mash with a fork. Then connect the banana and minced.
  2. Pour the curry, to drive the egg, stir; Add chopped nuts and banana-egg mixture, knead into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Blind meatballs the size of a walnut. Fry in small portions in oil on all sides until golden brown. Transfer the meatballs on a baking sheet and put in 7 minutes. in a preheated 180 Β° C oven. Serve hot or cold.
