Pork shoulder roasted whole

  • 1 poinch Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 100 g Soy sauce
  • 4 piece Meat
  • 1 piece Paprika
  • 1 piece Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Separate the skin on the pork shoulder crosswise without cutting the meat.
  2. Heat the soy sauce, sugar, salt, paprika and cinnamon, sugar and salt to dissolve.
