Pork shoulder roasted whole
- 1 poinch Salt
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 100 g Soy sauce
- 4 piece Meat
- 1 piece Paprika
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- Separate the skin on the pork shoulder crosswise without cutting the meat.
